OVERVIEW

Department of Renal Dialysis technology provides care to patients suffering from kidney disease which involves the use of medical equipment to perform dialysis, a procedure that filters waste products and excess fluids from the blood when the kidneys are unable to do so adequately.  The department provides OPD facilities, IP care and intensive care. The department has state of the art dialysis unit with 36 machines and provides both outpatients and critical care dialysis facilities. It provides Plasmapheresis and offers extracorporeal treatment for poisoning as well as kidney transplantation facilities
