The department of ophthalmology at the Unity Hospital is well-equipped for the diagnosis, medical treatment and surgical treatment of mild, severe and chronic eye disorders. Our experienced Ophthalmologists have proven their expertise in the treating eye problems ranging from routine eye examination, refraction testing, color vision, conjunctivitis, cataract, squint eye etc.
The Ophthalmology department also houses all diagnostic and therapeutic equipment like for treating glaucoma, cataract, corneal and conjunctival diseases, ocular trauma, ocular aesthetics, lachrymal drainage disorders and paediatric ophthalmic diseases. Most surgical procedures of the eye are performed as day care surgeries. Post operation follow up and restoration is also given utmost importance.
